Fall 2025–2026 Season Cancellation Policy
Our fall season begins September 8, 2025. To secure a spot, families must pay both the registration fee and September tuition at the time of enrollment.

Cancellations made before August 15 will receive a full refund of both tuition and the registration fee.

Cancellations made between August 15 and September 7 will receive a refund of tuition only (registration fee is non-refundable).

No refunds will be given after classes begin on September 8.
To request a cancellation, please email us at info@revivedancestudio.com. Early notice allows us to offer your dancer’s spot to another family on our waitlist.

Monthly Class Withdrawal Policy
After the fall season begins, classes continue on a month-to-month basis. If you wish to withdraw your dancer:

Notice must be submitted via email to info@revivedancestudio.com at least 7 days before the next month begins.

Tuition is non-refundable once the new month has started.

Notices given less than 7 days before the next month will result in being billed for that month.
Late Season Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawals made after March 1, 2026 will incur a $50 late withdrawal fee per class due to the significant impact on recital choreography, formations, and costume planning.

This fee helps cover the additional time and resources required to adjust routines and maintain a smooth recital experience.

Costume and tuition payments are non-refundable once a costume has been ordered or the month has begun.
We appreciate your commitment through recital season and your understanding as we work to give every dancer a strong and successful performance experience.

We have had the absolute best experience at Revive Dance studio! We're entering our third season and could not be more impressed with Ms. Erica and her team. They give incredible care and dedication to each child in their program meeting them at their level and creating an inclusive environment for them to shine! They have exceeded our expectations and shown incredible kindness and professionalism every step of the way. We have fallen in love with this dance community and the friendships our daughter is making. We will be returning for many seasons to come! We also have attended several of the one day classes, adult programs and summer camps. These are exceptionally well run, reasonably priced and enjoyed by all! Revive Dance Studio is a wonderful and welcoming environment. All the instructors are such amazing role models for the dancers. They are kind, patient, and get to really know your dancer.
